Cancellation & Refund Policy

EO Kerala believes in maintaining transparency and clarity in all transactions with its members, customers, and partners. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

EO Kerala does not accept any cancellation requests once an order, registration, or payment has been successfully completed through our website or any authorized payment channel.

All payments made towards events, programs, memberships, or services are considered final and non-refundable.

Once the transaction is confirmed, the order will be processed as per the details provided at the time of payment. Under no circumstances can the order be cancelled or modified after confirmation.

Refunds

EO Kerala follows a strict no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for any completed transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Membership registrations

  • Event or program fees

  • Donations or contributions

  • Service or product purchases

Customers are requested to review all details carefully before making any payment.

However, in rare and exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions due to technical errors, EO Kerala may, at its sole discretion, initiate a refund after due verification. Such refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the transaction date, along with valid proof of payment.

Our team will review the matter and respond appropriately. Please note that EO Kerala reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision on any such requests.
